Homemade Caramel Corn
*I used a few tablespoons of honey, with slightly less butter, for a huge bowl of popcorn.
- Melt the honey and butter in a small sauce pan over low heat, whisking frequently.
- Pour over popped popcorn in a large bowl, and stir to coat evenly.
- Stir in optional add-ins.
- Add sea salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
