The almond flour makes them quite filling.  We love them with soup for lunch or dinner (such as Paleo Hamburger Soup or Beef & Veggie Soup with Sweet Potatoes) and with eggs for breakfast.

You’ll also want to know about this variation on the Almond Flour Biscuits: Almond Flour Bacon Biscuits.  Oh yeah.

Bacon really does make everything better!  If you’ve got some bacon on hand, definitely add it to these biscuits.  You won’t regret it.

Made these for breakfast yesterday—YUM! They were a big hit and gobbled up fast! Will make a double (or triple!) batch next time. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

Made this this afternoon. Yummy! We haven’t had any grains or dairy for 2 weeks so we were excited. Also made your blueberry muffins this afternoon. They were a big hit! My gang wants them a little sweeter and I did add some stevia. Guess I will add a little more next time.

So glad you liked the biscuits and the muffins! And yes, we are very low sugar around here. 🙂

We finally tried these with sausage and eggs when we had breakfast for dinner the other night. The flavor is deliciously like a regular biscuit, but we can all actually eat them. Thank you Kathleen.

I made these biscuits for the first time last night to go with soup for my family. Everyone LOVED them. My husband said multiple times- these are really good! My 4 year old wanted to eat multiple. My 1 year old saw me eating a second one and fussed and pointed at me until I gave her more. I will definitely make these again. Once again, your recipe comes through for the win!!
