This is only the second 20% sale I’ve ever seen from Honeyville Grains, over the course of several years. It’s the best deal you’ll find on top-quality almond flour!
Honeyville Grains’ almond flour is arguably the best available.
It’s the only one I’ve ever used, as it came recommended from multiple sources. Elana at Elana’s Pantry (one of my favorite GF bloggers and author of The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook, etc.) prefers Honeyville’s almond flour and has some great info listed here.
Buying 25 lbs at 20% off is the absolute best deal you’ll find, especially considering the quality of this flour.
- Be sure to buy the blanched almond flour, as it works best in recipes and is easier to digest.
- Almond flour must be stored in the fridge or freezer to keep it from becoming rancid, but should be used at room temperature. I usually store the whole 25 lb box in our extra fridge (in the basement), keeping a large container (about 10-12 cups) on hand in our pantry.
