I’m excited to share this sleepy success story with essential oils with you today…I can’t believe how well it’s worked for me! If you have trouble falling or staying asleep, you might want to give these two essential oils a try!
But first, a big tip:
Sleepy oil results can vary from person to person. We all have different body chemistry, so what works great for one person might not work as well for another person.
The moral of the story: keep trying until you find what works well for you! If you keep trying, you will find something that works for you.
I was having trouble staying asleep at night….I’d wake up in the middle of the night and then have trouble getting back to sleep. I was also waking up too early in the morning. Isn’t that frustrating? I was tired and could have slept longer, but PING, my brain would just wake up and there I was. It was too late to get a good chunk of quality sleep, but too early to be awake.
Since I started using these two oils at bedtime, I’ve slept all the way through the night and haven’t woken up until I was ready to start my day. Hooray! Love my sleepy oils.
Here’s what’s been working super well for me at bedtime:
Roman Chamomile + Vetiver
I apply them with Fractionated Coconut Oil to the back of my neck, my chest, and the soles of my feet. The spine would be another great place to apply.
